Canceling Unshipped-out Orders
If you are canceling your order which has not yet been shipped out, please kindly contact us. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped . If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
Cancelling Shipped-out Order
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
Please Note:
The refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Eligibility of the return of products is based on the following criteria:
Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Have not met your expectations within 7 days of receiving.
Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.
If you are not happy about your purchase, 7 days from the date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item (not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error).
Return Packaging
Product/s must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
